Ask Malo is an AI-powered tourist assistant designed to help visitors of Saint-Malo and the Côte d'Émeraude. The Service provides information on:

• Tourist sites and activities
• Tide times and weather
• Events and deals
• Transport and access

The Service is available free of charge, without advertising and without in-app purchases.

3. Access to the Service

The application is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The website is accessible from any modern browser. The use of certain features requires an internet connection.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, for maintenance, updates or any other reason, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service in accordance with its tourism purpose
• Not attempt to mass-extract data from the Service
• Not use the Service for illegal or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or technical limitations
• Not transmit unlawful, offensive content or content infringing on the rights of third parties

5. Nature of information

The information provided by Ask Malo is generated by artificial intelligence from local data. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

In particular:

• Tide times are indicative. Always consult official sources (SHOM) before any nautical activity or shore fishing.
• Opening hours of establishments may vary. We recommend verifying directly with the establishment.
• Recommendations are personalized by AI and do not reflect an official or sponsored ranking.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Thomas Michaud shall not be held liable for:

• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information provided by the AI
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service
• Decisions made based on information provided by the Service

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (brand, logo, interface, code, content) are the exclusive property of Thomas Michaud. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Sponsored content

Ask Malo may include recommendations from tourism professionals as part of visibility offers. Such sponsored content is always identified as such and does not affect the quality or objectivity of non-sponsored responses.
